Penne Pesto

Ingredients: 


2 cups basil leaves 

1/2 cup pine nuts 

2 Tbsp olive oil 

1 garlic clove 

tomatoes 

penne 


Instructions: 


Preheat the oven to 180 C and bake tomatoes cut in halves fro 15 minutes. 

Cook pasta according to package instructions. 

Blend basil, pine nuts, olive oil, garlic and salt. 

Toss the pesto with the penne and garnish with tomatoes.
